Sean has more than 15 years experience in the homebuilding industry including Division President, Vice President of Operations, Director of Sales and Area Manager of the Houston / Austin divisions of Lennar Homes.
Sean, his wife Michelle and their 2 daughters, Peyton and Riley, have lived in Austin since 2008. Between soccer for one child and tennis for the other, Sean and his wife are constantly on the go…just the way they like it. Their children are their focus and they love spending time doing whatever the girls are involved in.
What Sean enjoys most about homebuilding is the sense of accomplishment when a homeowner moves into their new home. Facilitating someone’s dream of home ownership is a feeling that never gets old.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Stephen F. Austin State University.
After graduating from Texas State Technical College in 1983 with a degree in Solar Energy Technology, Bill started his career in Homebuilding in Austin, Texas. With over 30 years of experience in the Austin Real Estate Market, Bill is familiar with what todays homebuyers have come to expect in regards to the quality of construction and customer service. Bill and his team of experienced Construction Managers will always “do the right thing because it is the right thing to do” for all of their homebuyers and their families.
Bill’s weekends are spent outdoors doing yard work, in the garden, playing with his grandson Scooby, bow hunting and working on his wife Susan’s “honey do” lists.
For over two decades Eldon has assisted hundreds of families experience the pride of owning a new home. Eldon believes that one of the most sincere forms of respect is actually listening to what another has to say. If you are helping a family with a life changing decision you must care and make the experience fun.

Becky has lived in Austin, Texas since 1983. In 2000 she joined Ryland Homes and spent 11 years there in various positions. Before moving over to Chesmar Homes in December of 2013, she spent two years at the Austin division of Highland Homes. She has thoroughly enjoyed the challenges and opportunities that the industry has presented over the years and is looking forward to spending many years at Chesmar Homes Austin. She is most appreciative of the many people she has had the privilege of meeting in the industry and is proud to call many of them friends.
Becky loves martial arts and is working on earning her black belt in Kajukenbo. She also enjoys mountain biking, golf and spending time with her dogs.
Javier has 12 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. He has worked for multiple builders in the San Antonio area and is proud to now call Chesmar his home. He has extensive experience working in Architecture and has a keen eye for details. He is passionate about building homes and loves working with people that share his enthusiasm.
Javier is a San Antonio native and a graduate of the University of the Incarnate Word where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.
When he’s not on the job site, Javier enjoys spending time with family and friends. He’s also a sports enthusiast and enjoys watching or playing all sports.
Adam started in the home building industry in 2006 with Lennar homes in San Antonio before transferring to his home town of Austin, Texas. Adam attended Texas State University, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management in 2006.
Adam’s goal at Chesmar Homes is making sure all Chesmar Homeowners are 100% satisfied with their new home. He is extremely passionate about homebuilding and is happy to be a part of the dynamic team that makes Chesmar successful.
When not on the job site, Adam can be found spending time with his wife Stefani and daughter Kenley. He loves any outdoor activity and is a passionate football fan.
Craig has been building homes throughout the Austin area since 2000. Craig was the Greater Austin HBA Max Award winner for Construction Superintendent of the Year in 2005. A native of south Texas, Craig graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics in 2000 and was a member of the Corps of Cadets and Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band.

Craig and his wife Kendra have two children, Jacob and Avery. Craig likes to hunt, fish and watch Aggie sports. “My family and I are excited to be a part of the Chesmar family and look forward to sharing the Chesmar experience with everyone in Austin!”
Linda Chrisman joins Chesmar Homes with a 10-year background in Purchasing and Operations Management in the home building industry. She is known for streamlining systems to result in smooth processes and excellent vendor partnerships.
Love of the outdoors ranks high with Linda and her family: husband Patrick, her daughter and son, and “groovy dog” Bomber (Bom-diggity-dog). Much of their free time is spent camping, hiking, dirt biking and playing ball together.
Linda believes that the leadership of a company, an organization or a family is the most important factor in it’s success and well being. She says of Chesmar, “I believe in the leadership of Chesmar, the integrity filters down.” Linda is a valued member of the Chesmar family, where her outlook and character align perfectly with company “higher standards.”
Born and raised in Gulf Shores, Alabama; Kelsey moved to the Big Apple after high school to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from New York University. After graduating with Honors, she decided to spend the summer in Austin, TX. She loved it so much, she decided to stay! She was hired by a privately owned, Texas-based homebuilder as a Sales Assistant and was quickly promoted to a full-time administrative position at the main office. Kelsey earned 4 promotions over the course of 4 years and was most recently the Marketing Coordinator for their Austin Division. She is now in charge of Marketing and Operations for Chesmar Homes in Austin and is thrilled to be working for such a remarkable company. Kelsey understands what an honor and a privilege it is to be a Chesmarian, and she is motivated by her team members to grow and to exceed expectations every day.
In her free time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her son, Gibson, and her Pomeranian, Lionel. When it’s warm outside, she loves any and all water-related activities such as swimming, boating, tubing, fishing, and jet skiing. She also loves performing musical theatre and singing with her family’s country band.
Aleyna is a former singer/songwriter born and raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Musical endeavors brought her to Austin, TX where she met her husband and has lived for nearly 17 years. Aleyna loves Austin, especially the Hill Country and can’t imagine living anywhere else. She has spent the last 4 years in the homebuilding industry and is grateful to play a role in helping others achieve the ultimate dream of owning a new home and is thrilled to now be part of the Chesmar family.
Though she has many hobbies that including painting, & interior decorating, she is most content when at home with her husband Vince, 15 year old son Diego & their Border Collie Morena watching college football and championship boxing.
Carrie has spent over 6 years working in customer service in the construction industry. In 2011, she received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Texas A&M University of Central Texas. She is passionate about helping others and is excited to be working for Chesmar Homes as someone who homeowners can trust and rely on, should they ever have any warranty issues.
Family time is the best time for Carrie, her husband Dillon, their 2 sons, and daughter. When they are not busy with softball and other sports, they try to spend their days with other members of their family camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, tubing at the lake, or just having a good old Bar B Que!
