Chesmar Homes’ passion for creating neighborhoods of distinction includes being a good neighbor with dedicated initiatives to serve others.

Chesmar’s firm commitment to the community shines through in its spirit of giving. Whether it’s donating a whole house full of furniture to a family who lost their home to fire, or building a home access ramp for an elderly neighbor or giving blood to local blood banks, or walking for Alzheimer’s, or collecting diapers for The Diaper Foundation, or collecting canned foods for food pantries–Chesmarians give back to the community with their time, effort and through individual and company gifts. Many company philanthropic efforts are championed throughout each year by individual Chesmarians.
