Alexis describes herself as accepting, logical, and relaxed! She finds joy in the simple things in life, whether it be spending time with her three fur babies, cooking, or hanging out with her family. Growing up, Alexis found her love of cooking as a unique form of therapy for her, and even dreamt of becoming a chef! Although she has followed a different career path, this hasn’t stopped her from expanding her cooking knowledge.
