Cheryl is very happy, loyal, and enthusiastic! She was born and raised in Austin. Her husband, Erick, drives an 18-wheeler for Walgreens. They met when Cheryl was a manager at Walgreens, and they married in December of 2009. Erick brought 2 kids from his previous marriage into her life, and she shared her 3. Their kids are Jenny, Jack, Megan, Brandon, and Hailee. They have 7 grandbabies currently including Ethan, Evan, Mia, Elizabeth, Annalyse, Eliana, and Naiyah. They have 1 pet, a Chinchilla, named Lancelot. Cheryl loves spending time with family. If she’s not at the office performing the steps we need to start our homes, Erick and her enjoy going on long drives, going to gospel/Christian concerts, and traveling. They visit Iowa occasionally, where Erick is from. Cheryl also plays the piano and admires the work of photography. A quote that resonates with Cheryl states, “This is the day the Lord has made, Rejoice and be glad in it.” Cheryl had dreams of becoming a surgeon, until her 7th grade career day revealed how much schooling it involved. Once computers started taking off, she wanted to become a computer programmer. After obtaining her associate degree in arts, with major hours in computers, she decided on a different career path that eventually led her to Chesmar. She believes the people are what makes Chesmar special! She loves that Chesmar takes care of their Chesmarians. In turn, Chesmarians take care of our homeowners, to ensure a positive and happy experience in purchasing and living in their Chesmar Home.
