Courtney Kinsey

Courtney is determined, thoughtful, and personable! She shares her life with her husband and fellow Chesmarian, Michael, and their two sons Bryson and Bayle. When she isn’t working, Courtney truly treasures spending time with her family, whether it be family game nights, bike rides, or going on other adventures!

At work, Courtney uses over 15 years of experience in Multifamily Property Management to successfully push her team forward. She began her career in home building as a Purchasing Coordinator and has since been a Starts Coordinator and a Contracts & Closings Coordinator. When asked what makes Chesmar special, Courtney says “At Chesmar we strive to live by our values. I even find myself saying our values at home with my children especially, do the right thing, it is the right thing to do.”
