David describes himself as competitive, silly, and caring. Divorced, and available, he has a 24-year old stepson, 18-year old son, and 15-year old daughter. Not sure who rescued who, but they have two rescued dogs, which one is a pit bull and one is a Chihuahua. His daughter has a box turtle and a rabbit.
In David’s free time, he enjoys going to the gym, bowling, and playing poker. On warmer days, you may find him at the lake, enjoying wakeboarding. But those days have dramatically diminished recently. His favorite place to hang out, is where the people are. David is a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Mavericks, Texas A&M Football and Texas Rangers.
David has been on some mission’s trips, one to Tijuana Mexico to build homes for underprivileged families. Helping others is a passion of mine. David’s favorite quote? “You are never wrong for doing the right thing!”
A younger David Inspired to be a Middle/High School coach. When asked what makes Chesmar Special, David says, “An empowering organization focused at creating a family atmosphere where they say and mean they care about people!! Let’s be honest, lots of places say they care about people, but the actions don’t support that notion. Here it is real!
