Jared describes himself as a family man with a passion for the outdoors and sports. Outside of work, you can find Jared hanging out with his family whether its playing at the park, or spending time with relatives and family friends. Jared is happily married to his life, Lillian and they have two perfect children, their daughter Raelyn Rose and son Hudson Haupt.
Growing up, Jared had ambitions of being a K9 handler for the police department and he actually still thinks of this dream today.

When asked what makes Chesmar special, Jared says the building world is giant, but small at the same time, so you tend to hear different opinions on different company’s. In my short time as a builder, i’ve heard the word Chesmar pop up as the place builders dream to work for. Finally getting here and truly seeing what that hype was about, is a breathe of fresh air. I can confidently say Chesmar without a doubt is one of the very few company’s that truly cares about their employees and treats them like family, and that the experience working here is unmatched.
