Jose describes himself as diligent, faithful, and trustworthy. He is married to his high school sweetheart, and they have three children whom which they are very proud. Their oldest daughter is a teacher, their son is a student at Texas A&M, and their youngest daughter is in high school. Jose feels blessed any time he is spending time around the dinner table or hanging out with his family. Outside of Chesmar, Jose enjoys fishing, family time, and of course, watching “America’s team,” the Dallas Cowboys.
Jose’s favorite quote is, “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.”
When Jose was younger, he grew up on a job-site framing homes and would say to himself, “I want to be that guy getting in and out of the truck with A/C” not spending all day in the hot south Texas heat. Jose always knew he wanted to be in the construction field. He has always enjoyed it and had a passion for it. Chesmar is special to Jose because he knows that Chesmar’s interest is in his well-being in all aspects of his life. Jobs can be stressful and challenging. However Chesmar provides tools to where it is all manageable and for that Jose is very grateful.
