Michaela describes herself as determined, dependable, and honest. She is married to Anthony, and together they have two children, Colton and Vivian. Outside of work Michaela can be found spending time with family and exploring the great outdoors. Michaela is also an avid reader and enjoys a good book.
Michaela was a Surface Warfare Officer for the U.S. Navy from 2017-2022, and has always had a strong work philosophy. At Chesmar, she is always looking for ways to improve her skillset and is always willing to lend a helping hand to her peers.
A quote Michaela always remembers is from John Paul Jones (Father of the Navy) which coincidentally happened to be the name of her first ship. “If fear is cultivated, it will become stronger. If faith is cultivated, it will achieve mastery.”
