Patricia du Plessis

Patricia describes herself as passionate, a people lover, and a homemaker! She loves her Chesmar Water Oak home, and firmly believes everyone deserves one of their own. She shares her life with her husband Jonathan, their 3 kids, and two gorgeous rescue dogs. She is passionate about animals and is determined to help those in distress. Although both she and her husband are both originally from South Africa, they have loved getting to know Texas. 

Now at Chesmar, Patricia loves helping others and contributing to the distinct Chesmar culture. When asked what makes Chesmar special she says, “There is just too much to mention here! Firstly our process is so transparent and leaves very few questions unanswered before committing to purchasing a home. Then our product – wow, do we build beautiful homes of excellent quality or what?!?
