"My wife and I recently purchased our home from Chesmar. The experience was excellent! From start to finish everyone was helpful and friendly. Megan, the construction manager, has been very helpful with touch ups and warranty issue. I have a very detail oriented nature and high standards, Megan has managed the contractors and ensured they met my standards. Not an easy feat!"

"We have been in our Chesmar home for a year and a few months and still have been treated like potential buyers. We were sold on buying a Chesmar home from Diana with her welcoming personality that made us trust the build of the home. During the whole build process, Megan, our builder, was always there to answer our questions and address our concerns. She was very responsive and ALWAYS answered our calls. Then, after moving in, Megan continued to answer and solve any concerns we had. We still communicate with Megan and her pleasant down to earth, "gonna get this job done" attitude. She has always been a text away. We don't know too many builders that would guarantee the quality of a home by giving their cell to constantly be available to home owners, which says a lot about Chesmar and their team. Whenever anyone ask who our builder is we proudly say Chesmar, because we know they will be taken care of. We can't thank Diana and Megan enough for making our move to TX so smoothly."

"One of my favorite builder's in Austin! They build homes with great quility and standard upgrades. And I love that they build model homes that are actually "realistic" for a buyer to build from the ground up (most builders load $100K in upgrades into the model, which is such a let down for the client when they see reality.) Another great plus for my clients, their design centers are located in each model (so when you sign a contract, you KNOW you can build the home of your dreams and be able to afford it, all before you risk your earnest money. This is not how most builders do it. Majority source this part of the process out 3rd party vendors that have their own profit motivations). Well done Chesmar! You make so many home buyers happy!"

"My husband and I built our home with Chesmar in McKinney and moved in a year ago. This was our first home to build and it was a great experience! They were able to accommodate all of our requests even changing things last minute. Our salesman Kevin Lydon has been absolutely amazing to work with and we were very pleased with every phase of building. We got a 3rd party inspection prior to closing and even our inspector was impressed with the way Chesmar builds their homes. "If given the choice I would only ever trust Chesmar to build my homes. The level of detailed knowledge that MJ possesses is unmatched when compared to any other home salesperson in town ( I know because I think I grilled every one of them!). We looked at at least 50 homes and were not satisfied until we found Chesmar. Their service goes beyond sales and they make you feel like family. Other builders want you to buy their plans but Chesmar really wanted to build us a home that would fit our needs. Waterford is a wonderful quiet neighborhood with good people and beautiful homes."

You will find a lot of other "nice" homes but look closely and compare features "behind the paint". ALL issues were responded to and addressed within 24 hours regardless of severity. AMAZING. Our biggest complaint is that you don't build homes YET in California!"
